More trouble for the Vijay Mallya promoted Kingfisher Airlines. Troubles seem to be increasing by the day with the carrier declaring a partial lockout till Thursday, that has only added to the woes of the airline which faces a real prospect of being grounded as the government has clearly warned that it will not allow any flight unless its safety is certified by an engineer. While the cash-strapped carrier that had won a fresh reprieve from lenders only last week did not take any fresh bookings for Tuesday, by late in the evening the labour woes prompted it to declare a partial lockout.
