J&K minister condemns sarpanch killing - NewsX

J&K minister for rural development and panchayat raj Ali Muhammad Sagar in response to the killing of the Sarpanch has toled NEWSX that the situation is worrisome. Elements want to subvert the greatest achievement of democracy in the state. People have been arrested in past and would be done in future as well. The security grid has been reviewed and a comprehensive policy of security to panchs and sarpanchs is under active consideration.
