Noida extension row: Farmers threaten to obstruct construction - NewsX

Farmers in Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh have embarked on a war-path against construction of flats in Noida extension. The farmers as part of their protest ransacked the office of a builder in the area saying they will not allow any construction activity till the Supreme Court settles all lands dispute cases. The farmers have been on a war path, ever since the National Capital region Planning Board approved the Greater Noida Master Plan 2021 paving way for the construction of over 2 Lakh flats in the Noida extension.
