Car towed away with 2-yr-old kid inside - NewsX

We have all seen and experienced police callousness first hand. But here's something that probably wins it hands down. This 2 year old was sleeping the car when a police truck towed it away as it was parked illegally. Her parents had reportedly gone to a shop nearby when the incident happened. The parents claim the car was towed for more than an hour. Though it's clear the parents are to blame too for having left her alone in the first place. The incident happened in Laxmi Nagar area of the capital.
