After Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, it is the turn of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati to get to the root of the party's humiliating defeat in the recently concluded parliamentary elections. The dalit czarina has convened an all-India executive committee meeting of BSP workers in the state capital on Tuesday when she is likely to overhaul party's organisational structure. The BSP has drawn a zero in Lok Sabha elections 2014, losing all the 20 seats it had won in 2009.While none of the BSP leaders wished to come on record, sources said the BSP boss is likely to effect changes at the zonal and district level cadres which were responsible to mobilise her core vote bank, dalits, as well as people from upper caste and Muslims.
