The parents of the Class 5 girl, who was allegedly forced to drink her own urine for bed wetting, have been arrested for entering the girls hostel without permission. The warden who has been accused of punishing the girl has also been arrested. The class 5 student of the Visva-Bharati university's Patha Bhavan was allegedly forced to drink her own urine because she wet her bed. The girl's family had lodged a police complaint against the warden at the girls hostel of the residential school. "The guilty must be punished. My daughter will never recover from this incident," the girl's mother said. The warden, in turn, had filed a complaint saying that the parents stormed into the hostel at night and threatened her.
