On the campaign trail with Ghulam Nabi Azad

Ex-J&K CM's brother says Ram Mandir existed at Ayodhya's disputed site. A controversy has erupted after Ghulam Ali Azad, the brother of Congress general secretary and former J&K chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, said Babri Masjid never existed in Ayodha and it was actually a Ram Mandir which was demolished by Babar to construct the Muslim religious place. Ghulam Ali Azad was speaking to the media for the first time after he joined the BJP on April 10 in Delhi. "There was neither a mosque and nor will it ever come up at the disputed site. There existed a Ram temple and it shall always remain there," said Azad.
