CBI set to register fresh case against Tatra - NewsX

In a move that will spell even bigger trouble for Tatra trucks; the CBI is now considering registering a fresh case against the company. This after the investigating agency discovered that Tatra supplied truck spares that were missing vital parts, while still being given the full payment. Sources in CBI tell NewsX there is documentary evidence to show that the Tatra spare sets were infact incomplete and the company was paid for what it never supplied. The cost of the missing items is in crores.
