Man dies fighting eve teasers in Bangalore - NewsX

In a bizarre incident in Bangalore, a 57-year-old man died on being pushed and punched by two boys who had indulged in eve-teasing. Police said that Alegesan on seeing his 13-year-old niece being teased by the duo had intervened resulting in one of them holding him, while the other punched him and pushed him to the ground. He was rushed to the hospital, where he died. Alegesan an employee of BEML tools department was a heart patient and had undergone bypass surgery four months ago. Both the accused-Karuna and Deepu- in their early twenties have been arrested and booked for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
