Bhatt didn't attend Feb 27, 2002 meet: Modi to SIT - NewsX

NewsX has accessed the deposition made by Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi to the Supreme Court appointment Special Investigation Team in March, 2010. In the deposition Narendra Modi has made a spate of denials but what is tell-tale is that the Gujarat CM has volunteered information of the absence of his top cop Sanjeev Bhatt at the key Feb 27, 2002 high level meet. Remember Bhatt has been pointing fingers at Narendra Modi of having given instructions to his top police and administration officers to allow Hindus to go their anger on Muslims in the aftermath of the Godhra train burning.
