2-year-old battles for life at AIIMS; parents untraceable

A nation is shocked by the cruelty inflicted on two year old baby Falak battered so badly, that doctors say that even if she manages to survive, she could have permanent brain damage. What's equally shocking is that 8 days have passed since she was brought to the hospital but her parents remain untraced. While the Delhi police have held 3 people for questioning in the case, the hunt is on to locate the baby's mother. Cops are scouring localities in Delhi, looking for baby Falak's mother. The only positive news from AIIMS is that baby Falak is currently off the ventilator and she is recovering.
