India, China to hold border talks

India and China will hold the 15th round of border talks among special representatives of the two countries. The talks will be held in New Delhi on Monday and Tuesday. Chinese state councilor Dai Bingguo, China's special representative in the negotiations will discuss with Indian special representative Shiv Shankar Menon a range of issues. The disputed 2,000 km long boundary, which has never been formally delimited, will figure in the talks.
