CISF firing killing student inexcusable: Omar

Omar Abdullah has initiated a confrontation with security forces over the Armed Forces Special Powers Act once again. His govt is insisting that the CISF jawans who opened fire at the Baniyar power project protestors killing a Class XII student do not deserve any immunity.
