Kolkata fire: WB health official Basak plays blame game

In the first reaction of the WB Health dept since Friday's AMRI tragedy, Director of Health Services, SP Basak has clearly passed the buck on to another dept saying that it was the fire department's prerogative to file a complaint with the health dept reporting the irregularity at the AMRI hospital.
