Uttarakhand floods: 2-year old cries for lost parents

India News : She is too young to speak coherently, has fractures on both legs and bruises all over her body. Chhotee, as she is fondly called by the hospital staff here, is perhaps the youngest and among the most tragic survivors of the devastation at Kedarnath shrine.
The girl, whose age is estimated to be just over two years, was among the survivors who reached Rishikesh. None of her parents were with her and no one knows if they are alive.
