Tech and You: Mac Mini

Mac mini has a continuous aluminum face instead of a slot for Apple's SuperDrive DVD burner, a plastic piece on the bottom twists off to allow user memory slot access. Apple has included the new Os X the lion, Intel's i5 processor and thunderbolt. The HDMI port still allows you to connect it to a TV. Apple has bumped its RAM to 4GB from 2GB. With a 500GB drive, a discrete graphics chip is also there for the first time in a Mac Mini. On the rear side there is an AC input, gigabit Ethernet jack, FireWire 800 port, four USB 2.0 sockets, an SDXC slot, an audio input and a 3.5mm headphone port.
