Omar apologizes for releasing rape victim names

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah apologizes in the assembly. The apology comes over making the names of 1400 rape victims public. The Jammu and Kashmir government had made public the names of hundreds of rape victims from across the state — in contravention of a law that terms it a punishable offence.
