Delhi HC blast: Victims paid less compensation

Tens of victims of the bomb blast at the Delhi High Court are facing an uncertain future. The government is extending them its usual token compensation. But that is a sum that is too meager and pointless. It neither helps in paying for their medical bills nor does it ensure a future for them.
