Probe into delay by PWD in installing CCTVs at High Court

It's been three long years of agonizing delay in setting up CCTV's at the Delhi High Court. Three years of pen pushing and red tape proved fatal on 6th September when the blast ripped apart several lives in the Delhi High Court. But even now no one is ready to take responsibility.
