Sanjay Dutt: No further relief says Supreme Court

India News: The Supreme Court has granted actor Sanjay Dutt an additional month to surrender before the TADA court and serve out the rest of his prison sentence.

The actor had originally asked for a six month reprieve so that he could complete pending film projects. The Supreme Court had said that the four weeks extension will start from tomorrow, and no further extension will be granted after its expiry. The application was reportedly not based on any legal precedent.
