India News: Madiha Tariq, 16, had no hope of survival when she slipped into a coma after she collapsed in her school in Lahore in January due to acute liver failure.
However, an air ambulance from Delhi brought the young Pakistani student to India and saved her life.
Madiha underwent a liver transplant at New Delhi's Indraprastha Apollo Hospital where a team of 18 doctors operated upon her and her brother Rizwan donated almost half his liver to her on February 3.
