Srinagar will probably never be at peace, and bullets are synonymous to the J&K destiny. At least five security personnel were killed while two attackers were also shot dead in a major fidayeen (suicide) attack by a group of terrorists on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp in Srinagar's Bemina area on Wednesday morning.
The attack also left another seven CRPF personnel injured. The area houses several vital installations including a police school.
However, the school was shut and no children were injured in the attack. IG, Srinagar SM Sahai said, "The kids were playing outside when the attack happened. Both the militants have been killed."
