The newly elected legislator Ram Kumar Chaudhary's name has figured in the Jyoti murder case. For the police he is the prime suspect but despite that and more than 50 days later he is still absconding. And the police of Haryana and Himachal Pradesh seems unable to arrest him even as he holds a rally after winning elections
