Thanks to Quebec, Canada is the world’s largest producer of wild blueberries! Sweeter than farmed blueberries, this tiny jewel from the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region is exported to some 30 countries. Ricardo and producer Jean-Pierre Senneville take us on a tour of one of the world’s biggest wild blueberry patches. You’ll be amazed by the sheer quantity of little blue pearls that are processed every year at the Quebec Wild Blueberries plant!
