It was in Hemmingford, Quebec, that the first ice cider was sold. Today, this Quebec invention, which now bears its own appellation réservée designation, is recognized as a refreshing symbol of our cold Canadian winters. On a snowy day in January, Ricardo, accompanied by Domaine Neige owner François Pouliot, heads out to pick apples that will soon be turned into ice cider.
