Honda move is part of 'strategic change' not Brexit

The Senior Vice-President of Honda Europe Ian Howells has explained that the loss of 2,300 jobs through the closure of the Swindon plant is due to a 'strategic change' towards electric vehicles and is not related to Brexit.
