Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 cup Castor Sugar
1/2 cup Oil
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Yellow colour
Pink Colour
Blue Colour
Oil
Sugar syrup
Whipped cream
Colourful sprinkles
Colourful Vermicelli
Method of preparation:
Crack open eggs in a bowl, whisk it nicely, add castor sugar, mix it nicely.
Add oil, sift flour and baking powder in it.
Fold the batter slowly and add vanilla essence.
Mix it well and our batter is ready.
Separate the batter into 3 equal parts.
Add 3 different colours to the batter and mix it well.
Heat a pan, grease it with oil.
Add the first batter, spread it, cover and cook it for 10 minutes.
Repeat the same procedure for the other 2.
Cut them circular with the help of a sharp vessel.
Keep the layers aside to cool down.
Take a cake board, apply some icing at the bottom.
Place a layer on it, brush it with sugar syrup and cover it with whipped cream.
Place another layer and repeat the process for the next as well.
Cover all the sides with whipped cream and top it with colourful sprinkles and colourful vermicelli.
