Nobel Prize-winning economist Paul Krugman says a global recession is on the horizon,... going against other experts who believe the growth slowdown will not turn into an outright recession.
Speaking at the World Government Summit in Dubai,... Krugman said there's a good chance that a recession will come this year or next,... citing factors such as the deflating tech "bubble",... and what he called President Trump's "not very effective" tax cut stimulus.
