Noggin Screenbug - Peppa Peg intertial segments

The screenbug shown in this video would come on during the Peppa Pig episodes being shown in the "Noggin Presents..." intertial segments before Noggin turned into Nick Jr. Channel and started broadcasting Peppa Pig in full 30-minute blocks. This is a variation of the original Noggin button flower screenbug used in the On Demand feature of most TV providers.
