"Mark was able to schedule his inspection so we could be present after flying in from across the country. He was thorough, detail-oriented and professional. He checked systems and looked in places we never would've seen. He walked us around and through the house pointing out his findings both good and bad after inspection. He patiently answered questions and helped us understand which were serious concerns. We had our full report online w/ photos and videos early the following morning. We read it at the airport before return flight and contact our real estate agent to act on the findings. WOW!"
