Malaika says Bollywood wasn't taken seriously in the 90's!

Malaika Arora Khan who was recently announced as a brand ambassador for the Beauty India Show was asked what she feels about the Bollywood industry. Replying to that she said that she's proud of how far the industry has come and has evolved over the years. Malaika also said that Bollywood wasn't taken very seriously back in the 90's and is glad that there is such a tremendous change.
Malaika Arora Khan says, 'Beauty is skin deep, but I grew up being told that I am not beautiful. My beauty and modelling career has been a long journey. The beauty industry in India has evolved since I first started, and we are far more organised and flourishing than what we used to be.' Malaika Arora Khan further added, 'I definitely am working towards becoming a business woman. I am a style consultant at a major online beauty and lifestyle portal. But my personal goal is to become a restauranteur, and I am working on that dream.'
