At the launch event, Vidya Balan said that she has worked with Namita many times and that Namita is the only one who can intimidate her. Vidya Balan further added, 'I am very excited to be here. I used to read a lot of books before, but now I have become an 'unpad'. This book is specially very gripping because the history surrounding it is true. I am always interested to know what happened in the lives of people when various historical events occurred.'
