Anurag Kashyap Owns Up To Having Enjoyed CBFC Chief Pahlaj Nihalani's Films | Pahlaj Nihalani Movies

Anurag Kashyap opened up at the media meet for his co-production Udta Punjab that was held yesterday in Mumbai and revealed his one and only positive connection with the CBFC chief Pahlaj Nihalani. The two are at constant odds thanks to the pole apart ideas of censorship that they have respectively. While Anurag said that he thinks Mr. Nihalani should be removed from his post as the censor board's chairman, he also shared that he liked the earlier films made by Pahlaj-ji like Aankhen and Shola Aur Shabnam. The 'Bombay Velvet' director also confessed that he is a huge Govinda fan and enjoyed these films but still doesn't agree with the rules laid down by Pahlaj Nihalani and his CBFC team.
