Rekha Conferred With The Yash Chopra Memorial Award

The Yash Chopra memorial award honors one great Bollywood personality every year to acknowledge their immense contribution in cinema. This year it was conferred upon the evergreen Rekha. The yesteryear actress was given the prestigious distinction by T. Subbarami Reddy of the T.S.R. Foundation who established this award in the memory of the late YRF head-honcho, in the presence of other actors like Sridevi, Ranveer Singh and Shatrughan Sinha among others. Rekha, who had worked with Yashji in films like 'Silsila' and 'Faasle', took the opportunity to thank the producer-director for everything that he gave her. She said that it was through him and his cinematic love stories that taught her how to fall in love. Take a look at the heart-felt message that Rekha gives out after she receives the honor.
