Sushant Singh Rajput Has A Falling Out With Yash Raj Films

Since the time he entered Bollywood, Sushant Singh Rajput has been termed as a fabulous actor. One of the first bodies to recognize that was Yash Raj Films who signed him on for three films starting with a solo hit of 'Shuddh Desi Romance'. But now it looks like the relationship between the hero and the production house has gone bad. Word is that after Sushant excelled in his second YRF venture 'Detective Byomkesh Bakshy', he was told by Aditya Chopra himself that he will be the lead in the head-honcho's upcoming directorial 'Befikre'. But Mr. Chopra forgot the promise and signed on his other blue-eyed boy Ranveer Singh for that role instead, without informing Sushant about it. Even before this the actor's career had suffered because of YRF. He was the first choice for the hit film 'Ramleela' which he lost due to his contract with Yash Raj. The production house was also supposed to back his next venture 'Paani' but backed out at the last minute. Seems like after going through so much, the loss of a big ticket movie like 'Befikre' was the last straw for the hunky actor and he decided to dissociate himself from the esteemed Yash Raj Films.
