Karan Johar Talks About His Experience As An Actor In Bombay Velvet

We have all known Karan Johar as a celebrated producer and director giving us exceptional films over the years. But now Karan is taking a big leap into acting with the upcoming movie Bombay Velvet. He was recently at the cover launch of Filmfare & Ciroc 'Glamour & Style Awards' Issue when he said that he was just an actor on the sets of the movie. Karan also added that since Anurag Kashyap was the director of the film, Karan did not throw any tantrums and went along with Anurag's vision for the movie. The film-maker has always shown his fans several different facets of himself when he presented himself as a talk show host and a designer. But in Bombay Velvet he plays the role of Kaizad Khambatta who is a negative character in the Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma starrer. Karan was present at the event with close friend and famous fashion designer Manish Malhotra. The My Name Is Khan maker was awarded the title of the 'Most Fashionable Director' at the Filmfare Glamour And Style Awards which were held some time back.
