Sonam Kapoor Avoids Running Into Deepika Padukone At An Award Show

Not many actresses in Bollywood can maintain a friendship with other actresses. And we have another example of this theory with superstars Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. In 2007 Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were seen together in the show Koffee With Karan with Karan Johar where they made fun of Ranbir Kapoor and stated that they are very good friends. But soon after that show, Sonam and Deepika got into a lot of controversies for bringing out their claws in public for the actor. After their Koffee With Karan debacle, these actresses stayed away from each other. When Sonam and Deepika came on Koffee With Karan season 4 in 2014, Sonam Kapoor took a dig at Deepika when she said that Deepika had an over enthusiastic PR team and doesn't have her own fashion sense. Then again at Satrdust awards that were held last weekend, Sonam was trying to avoid her former friend, Deepika. Rumours are that Sonam was seated near Deepika originally but asked the organisers to have her seat changed. We don't know what brought on these new turn of events but we surely hope that Dippy and Sonam try and figure out their on and off relationship once and for all.
