Mulla Kireetam is a movie about the life of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ teaches, heals, and performs miracles to save the lives of needy. Because of his widely spread reputation, the religious rulers get furious and try to accuse him of a crime. In such times, Jesus publicly announces that he is the son of God. Jesus Christ is charged with insurrection and blasphemy by the high priest and is arrested. He's taken back within the city walls of Jerusalem. There, the leaders of the Farsis confront him with accusations of blasphemy. Jesus is handed over to the Roman soldiers and is brutally beaten and tortured. The life of Jesus Christ is portrayed in this movie.
