Public Rowdy (Bhanuchander) is a very helpful person who is about to complete his studies. He has turned into a rowdy just to save his mother who is suffering from a dangerous disease. In college he meets Lalitha (Heera). After listening to Public Rowdy's courageous stories Laxmi calls him and tells him to help her in avenging Jagadish Chandra Pratap (Nasser). Public rowdy does whatever she tells him and starts destroying Jagdish. But suddenly his mother who is ill dies and at that time he comes to know that Laxmi is his original mother and Jagdish is his father. Jagdish had left Laxmi because he learns about her pregnanacy and doesn't want to marry a poor girl like her. But after so many years they come face to face as enemies.
