Anegan is set in 1962 & present life which has Dhanush playing a Tamil worker in Burma falling in love with Amyra Dastur (debuting with this movie) who get separated by her father. She gets past life visions where she is repeatedly separated from Dhanush due to circumstances which takes place in present life as well. Veteran actor Karthik plays the rols of a fun-loving boss who shows the grey shade. With various memories of her past life coming up, how Dhanush and Amyra solve the problems is the gist of Anegan. Harris Jayaraj & K.V.Anand combination teams up yet again after Ayan, Ko and Maattrraan. Dhanush has voiced Danga maari Song which was one of the Chartbusters of 2015.
