Fire breaks out after train derails in Saskatchewan, Canada
30 rail cars from a 52-car long train ran off its rails north of Saskatoon on Tuesday morning.
The incident happened just before 9:30 am on Highway 11 at Wanuskewin Road. One locomotive had a diesel leak and was heavily involved in fire when emergency crews arrived, according to a local source. The train was carrying grain.
Flames were fully extinguished by 1 pm.
