Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy said that he has sufficient numbers and does not need support from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Kumaraswamy was earlier accused by the BJP of horse-trading and had moved 104 BJP MLAs to Gurugram resort fearing poaching by Congress-JD(S). Earlier, two MLAs had also withdrawn support from the ruling Congress-JD(S) in Karnataka. The MLAs had withdrawn their support after the BJP accused Kumaraswamy government in Karnataka of poaching. However, Karnataka CM said that he has sufficient numbers and does not need any support from BJP. The situation is under control, he added.
