Snowstorm Heads For Washington After Battering The Midwest

According to a report by Reuters, on Saturday, a winter storm that hammered the Midwest with heavy snowfall, causing several roadway deaths, stranding some motorists, and cancelling dozens of flights, headed east towards Washington. U.S. Weather Prediction Center meteorologist Andrew Orrison said that the storm hit Kansas and Missouri on Friday before extending into parts of Iowa, Illinois, indiana and Ohio on Saturday.
