Chinese-owned BYD Auto is the world’s top-selling electric vehicle maker. Inside its factory in Shenzhen, a vehicle rolls off the production line every 90 minutes. China is aiming to be the global leader in electric vehicles, as part of its ambitious “Made in China 2025” initiative. The South China Morning Post got a rare look at BYD’s production line.
