An Egg a Day Will Help
Keep Type 2 Diabetes Away,
Study Says The controversial findings are from a new study at the University of
East Finland. The university says an egg a day was a common trait in the blood of
test subjects who have avoided diabetes. Since eatings lots of eggs
raises the risk of one
developing the disease, researchers say just 1 egg a day or at least 3 a week is sufficient enough. The study adds that people with the disease can keep it at bay by eating poached eggs, because they don't need fatty ingredients like butter and oil.
