Ingredients:-
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
3 Green Chillies, chopped
3 Onions, finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
3 Tomatoes, finely chopped
2 cups pearl Millet
1 cup Moong Dal, soaked
1-1/4 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 cup Mix Vegetables
6 cups Water
Salt to taste
Method:-
In a cooker, heat ghee, oil and add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, saute it till the raw smell goes away.
Add turmeric powder, red chlli powder, tomato, pearl millet, moong dal, garam masala, mix vegetables, water, salt, mix well and cook it for 4-5 whistles on medium flame.
Take it out on a bowl, garnish it with ghee, coriander leaves and its ready to eat.
