Christopher, our client (beneficiary) plays the piano very well. He has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ASD or, more generally, autism, is a complex neurological and developmental condition that affects how a person learns, communicates and interacts with others.
Both of his parents are musicians. For some unknown reason, Christopher stopped playing the piano two years ago.
Our mission impossible was to get Christopher to not only play the piano but play at our 39th Thanksgiving Dinner, to an audience of 120! This was the highlight of the event and we believed he could do it...... and he did!
Thank you for allowing us to be part of the memorable occasion on the 16 November 2018
Thank you immensely for letting Christopher & me, be a part of the memorable occasion last Friday.
Definitely God was at work through COH that Christopher performed. To me it was like a miracle as he will not play for anyone left alone in a new environment.
I must say the highlights of the occasion were the warm camaraderie among the guests & also your closing delivery that was done so swiftly and with such clarity that made the occasion so very very *special*
We are indeed truly blessed & honoured and also thank you for having Christopher at COH. Your teachers are truly amazing with the ways they bring out the best of Christopher.
May the Good Lord continue to bless you & each and everyone at COH.
God Bless,
Paul Gostelow
