FtS 12-26: Guatemala: ICAI would not be allowed back into the country

From the South: Despite earlier reports that said members of the UN's International Commission Against Impunity would be allowed back into Guatemala, the government has announced this is not the case and that the constitutional court is currently reviewing their expulsion.
