Carlos Ghosn Gets New Round Of Misconduct Allegations

Tokyo prosecutors have revealed new misconduct allegations against former Nissan Chairman Carlos Ghosn. These allegations say Gosn used company funds to pay a Saudi businessman that helped him out of financial problems. According to Reuters, prosecutors arrested Gohsn for a third time. They are accusing him of aggravated breach of trust in transferring personal investment losses to the automaker.
