'The Incredible Holt' Meets His Newborn Baby Sister

Holt, or "The Incredible Holt," as his family calls him, is just three and a half years old and has already gone through so much. He went through several misdiagnoses before doctors finally diagnosed him with a rare form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. After being at the hospital for days getting treatment, he was released coincidentally the same day his mom was released to go home with Holt's new baby sister. The video of the two of them meeting for the first time will just melt your heart!
